Armano Nautika d.o.o was established in 2007.

Armano Zekan, the company’s owner, has spent his entire life in sailing and chartering. For over 25 years he worked and managed the most famous charter company Bav-Adria Yachting, and he substantially helped in the construction of Marina Kastela itself with his knowledge and recommendations.

For eight years, he was the president of the Split charter group. He has been sailing his entire life, from Optimist to Cadet to 470, and has achieved the highest results in the former country in the Olympic dinghy class Finn.

After Finn, he successfully continued with results in the Orc class where he won several Croatian Championships. In 2003 as a skipper he won an extremely demanding OFFshore race and sailed over 200NM with his crew at the ORC World Championship in Italy.

Otherwise, as a skipper, he won all of Croatia’s major regattas: Viska, Mrdulja, Jabuka, Sibenska…
